I customize programs to the goals and preferences of each client! Tools utilized in sessions include free weights, kettle bells, yoga, TRX, light cardio, pilates, and mobility/balance drills.
Supportive
I’m in your corner! Whether you choose to come in once or twice a week, we will discuss how to best spend your time in between sessions to support the lifestyle you want to create.
